The area around Short Point has some of the best coastal views on the Sapphire Coast. A short walk from the headland, and you have access to the impressive Tura Beach. It is popular with surfers, walkers, divers and anyone who enjoys relaxing on the sand or grassy foreshore. During the spring months, the headland is a brilliant whale watching location to view passing humpback whales.
